DECISION No. 240/QD-TTg of March 4, 2003 approving the plan on reorganization and renewal of State enterprises under Vietnam Rubber Corporation till 2005
Enterprises which continue to have 100% of their charter capital held by the State by 2005: To be kept intact: 19 enterprises; and to be transformed into one-member limited liability companies: 3 enterprises.
To be equitized with the State holding over 50% of charter capital: In 2002-2003: 3 enterprises, in 2004: 3 enterprises.
To be equitized with the State holding under 50% of charter capital or holding no share: In 2002-2003: 3 enterprises, in 2004: 1 enterprise.
To be merged: In 2004: 2 enterprises.- (Summary)
