DECISION No. 263/QD-TTg of March 10, 2003 approving the master plan on reorganization and renewal of State enterprises under the People’s Committee of Cao Bang province till 2005
Enterprises which continue to have 100% of their charter capital held by the State and be legal entities: 3 public-utility enterprises, 8 business enterprises; and 2 non-business units with revenues to be kept intact.
To be equitized, with the State holding at least 51% of charter capital when shares are sold for the first time: In 2003: 1 enterprise.
To be equitized, with the State holding over 50% of charter capital: In 2003: 3 enterprises, in 2004: 4 enterprises and in 2005: 3 enterprises.
To be equitized, with the State holding shares at low levels or holding no shares: In 2003: 3 enterprises; in 2004: 2 enterprises.
To be transformed into non-business units with revenues in 2003: 3 enterprises.
To be dissolved in 2003: 1 enterprise.- (Summary)
