DECISION No. 291/QD-TTg of March 18, 2003 approving the master plan on reorganization and renovation of State enterprises under the People’s Committee of Tay Ninh province till 2005
Enterprises whose legal person status remains unchanged and 100% of their charter capital are still held by the State: 4 public-utility enterprises and 5 enterprises engaged in business activities.
Enterprises to be equitized with the State holding more than 50% of the total shares: 5 in 2003 and 1 in 2004.
Enterprises to be equitized with the State holding shares at low rates or holding no shares: 1 in 2003 and 3 in 2004.
Enterprises to be equitized with the State holding at least 51% of shares when their shares are sold for the first time: 2 in 2004.
Enterprises’ sections to be equitized with the State holding more than 50% of the total shares: 2 in 2004.
Enterprise to be assigned or sold: 1 in 2003.
Enterprises to be merged: 3 in 2003.
Enterprises to be consolidated: 2 in 2003.
Enterprise to be transformed into non-business unit with revenues: 1 in 2003.- (Summary)
