DECISION No. 392/QD-TTg of April 10, 2003 approving the master plan on reorganization and renovation of State enterprises under the People’s Committee of Dong Thap province till 2005
Enterprises whose legal person status remains unchanged and whose 100% charter capital continues to be held by the State: 1 public-utility enterprise and 5 business enterprises.
Enterprises to be equitized with the State holding more than 50% of their charter capital: 2 in 2003.
Enterprises to be equitized with the State holding at least 51% of shares when shares are sold for the first time: 1 in 2003 and 3 in 2004.
Enterprises to be equitized with the State holding shares at low rates or holding no shares: 3 in 2003, 2 in 2004 and 1 in 2005.
Enterprise to be relocated to other place: 1 in 2003.- (Summary)
