To transform Vietnam Television Technology Development Investment Company (VTC), a business enterprise with 100% State capital under Vietnam Television Station, into an independent-accounting enterprise under the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications.

To transform Vietnam Television Film Corporation (VFC), a public-utility enterprise, into the Television Film Production Center, a non-business unit with revenues.- (Summary)
