DECISION No. 02/2003/QD-BCN of January 5, 2004 promulgating the Regulation on the Industry Ministry's management over industrial associations and federations
The Regulation on the Industry Ministry's management over industrial associations and federations, issued together with this Decision, shall apply to industrial associations and federations set up and operating under the Government's Decree No. 88/2003/ND-CP of July 30, 2003 prescribing the organization, operation and management of associations.
This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
