DECISION No. 06/2004/QD-BCN of January 7, 2004 on transferring Ha Long Shipyard to Vietnam Coal Corporation as an independent cost-accounting member enterprise

To transfer Ha Long Shipyard, an independent State enterprise under the People’s Committee of Quang Ninh province, to Vietnam Coal Corporation, an independent cost-accounting enterprise to be equitized in 2005.

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
