DECISION No. 02/2004/QD-BTS of January 14, 2004 promulgating the branch-level standards
Promulgated together with this Decision are the following 4 branch-level standards:
- 28 TCN 190: 2004: Shrimp farm – Food safety conditions;
- 28 TCN 191: 2004: Shrimp farming area – Food safety conditions;
- 28TCN 192: 2004: Cage culture area – Food safety conditions;
- 28TCN 193: 2004: Harvesting area of bivalve mollusk – Food safety conditions.
The above-said standards must be applied nationwide and take effect:
- 15 days after their publication in the Official Gazette, for shrimp farms, shrimp farming areas, cage culture areas and harvesting areas of bivalve mollusk, which are newly planned or built; or
- As from January 1, 2005, for shrimp farms, shrimp farming areas, cage culture areas and harvesting areas of bivalve mollusk, which are operating and need repairing to conform to the standards.- (Summary)
