DECREE No. 112/2004/ND-CP of April 8, 2004 prescribing the mechanism for management of payrolls of the State's non-business units
This Decree prescribes the mechanism for management of payrolls of the State's non-business units having their own seals and bank accounts, which are set up under decisions of competent State agencies.
It takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette, annulling all previous regulations contrary hereto.- (Summary)
