DECISION No. 26/2004/QD-BVN of April 21, 2004 permitting the establishment of Vietnam Clean Water and Environmental Sanitation Fund under Vietnam Clean Water and Environmental Sanitation Society

To permit the establishment of Vietnam Clean Water and Environmental Sanitation Fund under Vietnam Clean Water and Environmental Sanitation Society. The Fund submits to the State management by the Ministry of Health, operates according to its charter approved by the Ministry of Home Affairs and self-finance all operation expenses and facilities.

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
