Promulgated together with this Decision is the branch standard: 28 TCN 203: 2004 (fishery-inspection ship crew member title), which shall serve as basis for appointment, training, fostering and employment of the contingent of crew members working on fishery-inspection ships in aquatic resource protection agencies in the entire sector.

This branch standard shall not apply to titles of crew members working on scientific research ships; ships for exploiting, purchasing or transporting aquatic products, and ships of other types of the fisheries sector.

This branch standard takes effect as from January 1, 2005, annulling all previous regulations contrary to those in this standard.- (Summary)
