RESOLUTION No. 09/2004/ND-CP of July 8, 2004 of the Government's June 2004 regular meeting

From June 30 - July 1 and 2, the Government held its June 2004 regular meeting, hearing the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment presenting the draft decree guiding the implementation of the Land Law (amended), which was promulgated in 2003 and came into force as from July 1, 2004; the Minister of Culture and Information presenting the draft scheme on enhancement of press management in the current situation; the Minister of Planning and Investment presenting the draft decree on organization and management of State corporations and transformation of State corporations and independent State companies into ones operating after the model of parent company-affiliate company, and reporting on the implementation of the socio-economic development plan in the first six months of 2004 as well as major solutions to be taken in the last six months; and the Minister of Health presenting the Pharmacy Bill.- (Summary)
