DECISION No. 79/2004/QD-BTC OF OCTOBER 11, 2004 PROMULGATING THE TABLE OF EXPORT QUOTA FEES FOR TEXTILE AND GARMENT PRODUCTS EXPORTED TO THE U.S. MARKET

THE FINANCE MINISTER

Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 77/2003/ND-CP of July 1, 2003 defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Finance Ministry;

Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 57/2002/ND-CP of June 3, 2002 detailing the impleme-ntation of the Ordinance on Charges and Fees;

After obtaining opinions of the Trade Ministry (in Official Dispatch No. 4233/TM-XNK of August 10, 2004 on export quota fees for textile and garment products exported to the U.S. market);

At the proposal of the director of the Tax Policy Department,

DECIDES:

Article 1.- To promulgate together with this Decision the table of export quota fees for textile and garment products exported to the U.S. market.

The fee table promulgated together with this Decision replaces the table of export quota fees for textile and garment products exported to the US market promulgated together with the Finance Minister's Decision No. 16/2004/QD-BTC of February 12, 2004 promulgating the tables of export quota fees for textile and garment products exported to the E.U. and U.S. markets.

Article 2.- This Decision takes effect as from January 1, 2005. All goods lots for which the bills of lading are signed as from the effective date of this Decision shall be subject to fee levels mentioned in Article 1 of this Decision.

Article 3.- Provisions on fee-collecting agencies, fee registration, declaration, collection and payment, management and use of collected fees shall still comply with the Finance Minister's Decision No. 16/2004/QD-BTC of February 12, 2004 promulgating the tables of export quota fees for textile and garment products exported to the E.U. and U.S. markets.
