DECREE No. 211/2004/ND-CP of December 22, 2004 detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Ordinance on Cipher regarding uniforms, the leave regimes and the fulfillment of annual public-labor obligations for persons engaged in cipher work

This Decree takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette. The regimes applicable to persons being engaged in cipher work prescribed in this Decree apply as from January 1, 2005.- (Summary)
