DECISION No. 19/2005/QD-BNV of January 25, 2005 approving the Charter of Vietnam Association of Port-Waterway-Offshore Engineering

This Decision approves the Charter of Vietnam Association of Port-Waterway-Offshore Engineering (VAPO), which was adopted at the first congress on September 18, 2004.
