DECISION No. 23/2005/QD-BNV of February 15, 2005 approving the Charter of Vietnamese Association of Construction Economics

This Decision approves the 7-chapter and 25-article Charter of the Vietnamese Association of Construction Economics (VACE), which was adopted on November 21, 2003 by the Association’s national congress.

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
