CIRCULAR

Guiding the registration and management of road traffic motorized means in the Lao Bao special trade-economic zone (Quang Tri province)

Under this Circular, each Vietnamese or foreign organization or individual investing or doing business and based in the zone may register only one car or motorcycle.

This Circular takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” and replaces Circular No. 07/2003/TT-BCA (C11) of April 16, 2003.- (Summary)
