DECISION
Promulgating a list of objects of veterinary hygiene inspection; a list of subjects liable to veterinary hygiene inspection; and a list of subjects liable to veterinary hygiene inspection and compulsory application of veterinary hygiene standards
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to the April 29, 2004 Ordinance on Veterinary Medicine;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 33/2005/ND-CP of March 15, 2005, detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Ordinance on Veterinary Medicine;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 86/2003/ND-CP of July 18, 2003, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
At the proposal of the director of the Department for Animal Health,
DECIDES:
Article 1.- To issue together with this Decision a list of objects of veterinary hygiene inspection; a list of subjects liable to veterinary hygiene inspection; and a list of subjects liable to veterinary hygiene inspection and compulsory application of veterinary hygiene standards.
Article 2.- This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in "CONG BAO." All previous regulations contrary to this Decision are hereby annulled.
Article 3.- The director of the Department for Animal Health, heads of units, and concerned organizations and individuals shall have to implement this Decision.
