This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO.” Circular No. 14/2000/TTLT/BLDTBXH-BYT of June 16, 2000, of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs and the Ministry of Health, and previous guidance contrary to this Circular are hereby annulled.- (Summary)
