DECREE

On the elaboration, approval and management of master plans on socio-economic development

This Decree provides for the responsibilities for and order of elaborating, evaluating, approving and managing the national socio-economic development master plan; socio-economic development master plans of socio-economic regions and key economic regions; provincial- and district-level socio-economic development master plans; and branch and domain development plannings (except construction and land use plannings).

It shall take effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO.”- (Summary)
