SECTION .0300 – THE MEDIATED SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE

 

01 ncac 30h .0301          Where Conference is to be Held

Unless all parties and the mediator otherwise agree, the

mediated settlement conference shall be held in the county where the project is

located.  The mediator shall be responsible for reserving a place for the

conference and for giving notice of the time and location of the conference to

all attorneys, unrepresented parties and other persons and entities required to

attend.
