Certification of Personnel Providing Educational Services to Very Young

Children

SECTION 16-48.1-1



   § 16-48.1-1  Definitions. –

(a) "Commissioner" means the commissioner of elementary and secondary education

or the designee of the commissioner.



   (b) "Person" when used to describe the owner or operator of a

facility which must be licensed or registered with the commissioner includes

individuals, associations, and corporations.
