911 Emergency Telephone Number Act

SECTION 39-21.1-12



   § 39-21.1-12  Enforcement of compliance by

judicial proceedings. –

The attorney general shall, at the request of the E 911 uniform emergency

telephone system division, or any other agency that may replace it, or on its

own initiative, commence judicial proceedings in the superior court against any

public agency, municipality, or telecommunication services provider providing

communication services to enforce the provisions of this chapter.
