Same or similar services, equal reimbursement rate required.

208.198. Subject to appropriations, the department of social services

shall establish a rate for the reimbursement of physicians and optometrists

for services rendered to patients under the MO HealthNet program which

provides equal reimbursement for the same or similar services rendered.
