§

691. Committee creation

There is created

a legislative Health Reform Oversight Committee. The Committee shall be

composed of the following six members:

(1) the Chair of

the House Committee on Appropriations;

(2) the Chair of

the Senate Committee on Appropriations;

(3) the Chair of

the House Committee on Ways and Means;

(4) the Chair of

the Senate Committee on Finance;

(5) the Chair of

the House Committee on Health Care; and

(6) the Chair of
