SECTION 28-42-49



   § 28-42-49  Appropriations for employment

offices. –

The general assembly shall from time to time appropriate any sums of money that

may be necessary, out of moneys in the general treasury not otherwise

appropriated, for the purpose of maintaining the public employment offices

created under this chapter, and for the purpose of cooperating with the United

States employment service.
