SECTION .0400 - WILDLIFE SERVICE AGENTS
15A NCAC 10G .0401 Purpose of wildlife service agents
Wildlife Service Agents are official license and vessel
agents of the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission (Commission) who are
appointed by the agency and thereby authorized to issue hunting, fishing and
other licenses, permits, applications, vessel transactions, and other items
authorized by the Commission pursuant to a Wildlife Service Agent Agreement in
accordance with Rule .0403 of this Section.
