SECTION .0300 ‑ FIREFIGHTERS' RELIEF FUND

 

11 NCAC 05A .0301          ELIGIBLE MEMBERS

The certification provided by the North Carolina State

Firemen's Association to the Department under G.S. 58-84-40(b) shall contain

the balance in each local fund, and a verification that a financial statement

and status of fire department membership was submitted.
