Accountability of Services to Patients of Nursing or Personal Care Homes

SECTION 23-17.2-6



   § 23-17.2-6  Failure to comply. –

Any person who fails to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall be

fined fifty dollars ($50.00) for each failure. Any person employed by the state

who fails to comply as provided in this chapter shall be subject to being

discharged from that employment.
