25 NCAC 01E .1401          PURPOSE AND SCOPE

The State of North Carolina shall follow the Family and

Medical Leave Act of 1993, with the provision that the method used to determine

the 12-month period shall be the 12-month period measured forward from the date

any employee's family and medical leave begins.  The rules in this Section set

out the additional provisions applicable to employees subject to G.S. 126.
