SECTION 20-8-10



   § 20-8-10  Audit of commission's books.

The controller of the state of Rhode Island is authorized and empowered from

time to time to examine the accounts and books of the commission, including its

receipts and disbursements, and any other items referring to its financial

standing as the controller may deem proper, and to report the results of that

examination to the governor of the state.
