§

2242. Report to nationwide mortgage licensing system and registry

(a) Subject to

state privacy and confidentiality law, the commissioner is required to report

regularly violations of this chapter, as well as enforcement actions and other

relevant information, to the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry

subject to the provisions contained in section 2243 of this title.

(b) A licensee

may challenge information the commissioner enters into the Nationwide Mortgage

Licensing System and Registry in accordance with the administrative procedure

act (chapter 25 of Title 3) and any rules adopted by the department on hearing
