§

122. Office of Professional Regulation

An Office of

Professional Regulation is created within the Office of the Secretary of State.

The Office shall have a director who shall be appointed by the Secretary of

State and shall be an exempt employee. The following boards or professions are

attached to the Office of Professional Regulation:
