§

553. Agency

The agency is

designated as the air pollution control agency for the state. The secretary or

the secretary's duly authorized representative, within the agency, shall

perform the functions vested in the agency, as specified in the following

sections of this chapter. (1967, No. 310 (Adj. Sess.), § 3; amended 1971, No.
