§

250. Bonds exempt from taxation

All bonds issued

under this subchapter and the income therefrom shall be exempt from taxation by

the state of Vermont and all of its political subdivisions, agencies or

instrumentalities, except that bonds shall not be exempt from inheritance,

transfer and estate taxes or taxes in the nature thereof. (Added 1973, No. 197
