15A NCAC 12G .0201       CONSULTATION WITH COMMITTEE

Applications must be reviewed by the committee.  A

recommendation to the secretary will be made regarding the committee's findings

concerning the trail's readiness for use, location and population served,

length, design and use, public access rights, and management.
