Postsecondary Student Financial Assistance

SECTION 16-56-12



   § 16-56-12  Severability. –

If any provision of this chapter or the application of it to any person or

circumstances is invalid, the invalidity shall not affect the other provisions

of applications of this chapter which can be given effect without the invalid

provision or application.
