§

584. Sale of liquor taken by attachment or on execution

Malt, vinous, or

spirituous liquors lawfully taken by attachment or on execution issued by a

court of this State may be sold by a duly authorized officer as other personal

property taken on execution, but only to the persons and institutions to which

liquor may be sold under the provisions of this title.

584. Sale of liquor taken by attachment or on execution

Malt, vinous, or

spirits and fortified wines lawfully taken by attachment or on execution issued

by a court of this State may be sold by a duly authorized officer as other

personal property taken on execution, but only to the persons and institutions

to which liquor may be sold under the provisions of this title. (Amended 2015,
