SECTION .0100 ‑ PURPOSE AND DEFINITIONS

 

 

04 NCAC 01E .0101          PURPOSE OF SUBCHAPTER

The purpose of this Subchapter is to set out the procedures

and criteria by and under which the Secretary of the Department of Commerce

shall make the findings under his project approval responsibility as spelled

out in North Carolina General Statutes Section 159C‑7.
