This Chapter 14 of Title 15A of the North Carolina

Administrative Code (T15A.14); GOVERNOR'S WASTE MANAGEMENT BOARD; has been

transferred and recodified from Chapter 48 of Title 10 of the North Carolina Administrative

Code (T10.48), effective December 20, 1990.  The recodification was pursuant to

G.S. 143B‑279.3.
