Right of inspection.









A student or the student's parent shall have a right, subject to the procedural requirements outlined in WAC 132T-90-080 through 132T-90-100 of these regulations, to inspect any and all education records directly related to him that is intended for school use or is available for parties outside the school or school system. In the case of any education records relating to a student which also include information regarding another student, the responsible college officials shall delete any personally identifiable information relating to the identity of such other student. A parent wishing to obtain information from these education records or to grant consent for the release of these records without consent of the student must submit an affidavit stating that the student is a dependent for income tax purposes.
