   § 28-33-32  Manner of serving notice.

–

Notice as required by § 28-33-30 shall be served upon the employer, or

upon one employer, if there are more employers than one, or if the employer is

a corporation, upon any officer or agent upon whom process may be served, by

delivering it to the person on whom it is to be served, or by leaving it at his

or her last known residence or place of business, or by sending it by

registered or certified mail addressed to the person to be served, or, in the

case of a corporation, to the corporation itself, at his or her or its last

known residence or place of business. Mailing of the notice shall constitute

completed service.
