Deduction of fund-raising expenses.

Fund-raising expenses will not be taken or deducted from donations collected during a fund-raising event. These fund-raising expenses may be paid by the state agency or higher education institution and, then, upon request and submission of proper documentation, reimbursed by the CFD.
