Chapter 350

      STATUTORY AUTHORITY:

KRS 350.028

      NECESSITY, FUNCTION,

AND CONFORMITY: KRS Chapter 350 in pertinent part requires the cabinet to adopt

administrative regulations pertaining to surface effects of underground mining.

This administrative regulation provides for incorporation by reference of

documents relied on by the cabinet in implementing the interim program.

 

      Section 1.

Reclamation Advisory Memoranda. The following Reclamation Advisory Memoranda

(RAM) issued by the Department for Natural Resources are incorporated herein by

reference for the purposes of 405 KAR Chapter 3. Copies may be obtained from

the department.
