§6124. Criminal penalties








1. Willful violation. 
A person who knowingly and willfully violates any provision of this subchapter for
which a penalty is not specifically provided is guilty of a civil infraction.

2. False statements. 
A person who knowingly and willfully makes a material, false statement in any document
filed or required to be filed under this subchapter with the intent to deceive the
recipient of the document is guilty of a Class E crime.

3. Unlicensed persons. 
A person who knowingly and willfully engages in the business of money transmission
without a license as provided in this subchapter is guilty of a Class E crime.
