WVC 1-2-4

§1-2-4. Severability of provisions of article.

If section one, two or three of this article or any part of

any one or more of said sections is declared invalid or

unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, such

decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining sections or

provisions of this article or the article in its entirety.
