appraisal management companies.

      NECESSITY, FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY: KRS

324A.154(1) requires the board to establish by administrative regulation the fees

for registration of appraisal management companies. This administrative

regulation establishes the fees for registration of appraisal management

companies and renewal of the registration.

 

      Section 1. Fee schedule. (1) The initial

application fee shall be $2,000.

      (2) An annual renewal fee shall be $2,000.

      (3) A reinstatement fee shall be $2,000

in addition to the penalty provided for in KRS 324A.152(7).

      (4) Any dishonored or returned check

shall incur the cost of collection plus twenty-five (25) dollars. (38 Ky.R.
