§3268. Members may administer oaths






A member of the board has the authority to administer oaths, compel the testimony
of witnesses and compel the production of books, records and documents relevant to
inquiry pursuant to a subpoena issued in accordance with section 3269. [1993, c. 600, Pt. A, §201 (AMD).]
