NECESSITY, FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY: By
the terms of KRS 243.490(1), this board may revoke a license issued to a
licensee for violation of an act of congress relating to alcoholic beverages.

that any licensees accepting food stamps in return for alcoholic beverages are
subject to having their licenses suspended or revoked.
Section 1. No licensee of the Department
of Alcoholic Beverage Control of the Commonwealth of Kentucky shall accept
U.S.D.A. food coupons (or any other food coupon) in exchange for alcoholic beverages
