§

237. Complaints and prosecutions

The commissioner

of liquor control or the control commissioners shall make complaint to the

state's attorney or town grand juror of any unlawful furnishing, selling or

keeping for sale of alcohol, spirituous liquor, or malt or vinous beverages,

and furnish the evidence thereof to such state's attorney or town grand juror,

who shall prosecute for such violation. (Amended 1959, No. 329 (Adj. Sess.), §

33, eff. March 1, 1961.)
